Photographs taken at the San Diego Zoo or Safari Park cannot be published or used commercially without their written consent (please contact them independently, I have no professional affiliation with them).

Artists and teachers are welcome to use my photos as a reference to draw, sketch, paint, or use for their own curriculum (offline or online), but if you are going to post it online I ask that you do your best to credit the source photo. If you intend to use the art commercially you'll definitely want to send me a message or email so I can have a record of giving you permission (plus there could be the occasional rare exception on particular photo that might be a "for hire" or a copyright that I share with another party). Bottom line, get in touch - I would just like to see your work, wouldn't you?
