After a lifetime of taking photos, I'm still trying to figure out how photography fits into my life. First, it was newspaper photography as a teenager in a small town, all BW. Then some photo school and commercial shooting, mostly models. The old Nikon FE and lenses got put away for about 15 years, and is still where I left it. I miss film.

The DSLR never felt right in my hands. Too much focus on managing the camera (computer), not enough looking through the lens. It was a tough decision but I sold it all.

Currently, I'm traveling exclusively letting my eye wander with the help of smaller, more travel/street friendly options: iPhone and Fuji XE-1. Arizona, California, then...Thailand?
