Although I do some photography for my web clients (see www.design.tomgirling.co.uk), the majority of my photography is hobby based. My main photography interests are based around using wireless flashes & macro. I also make most of my own lighting modifiers & flash/camera trigger circuits - see www.craftygeek.co.uk for more details.

I have a Canon 450D with 18-55mm kit lens, Tamron 70-300mm tele-macro and a canon 50mm f1.8. For the macro side of things I have close-up filters that can fit all of the above & I also have an old film slr lens that I have converted to reverse mount as an extra option.
