Retired Aircraft engineer now keen Model boat builder and VERY Amateur photographer.Not the greatest at either but probably better modelmaker than photographer. Also kept busy looking after grandkids and repairing various items broken by them!
Don't expect any masterpieces, I just point and shoot with either a bridge or compact camera and hope for the best. I enjoy taking shots of Nautical things and also out of the ordinary odds and ends so you might get some surprises amongst my pics.
I don't use Photoshop or similar tools, if it can't be improved by Windows Photo Gallery, or the iPad built in software, then it stays as is.
If I ever do post something you do not like please contact me right away and I will try to sort it out.
Please don't use any of my pictures without asking for my permission ( which will normally be granted subject to them being attributed to me), remember they are protected by copyright..If you use anything of mine in a Gallery then I do not expect to see the message "XXXXX doesn't have anything available to you" when I try to view your pictures.If you use my pictures I want to view your photostream,so don't be surprised if I remove pictures from galleries or even block you if this happens. I also BLOCK people who follow me or fav. my pictures and Do Not have any public pictures that I can view.

What I particularly enjoy are the wonderful sets of photographs taken at various times in other countries from Brian's years living in Rhodesia to his holidays with his wife May. The waterfall pictures are particularly spectacular in and there are excellent old pictures which he has taken a lot of care in bringing old negatives etc. up to reproduction quality. His many sets are well worth a look including local views and beautiful places in this country. I can't comment on his other interests including models as I'm not in any way qualified except to say that some of them are very impressive.
