Crabby Em - Emma is a wonderful photographer and has become a trusted friend through the medium of flickr. A friend with whom I can discuss my work and get an honest and direct opnion. I was hoping to meet her before writing this but feel the moment is now right to do so. Emma has developed her photography over the last few months and inspires us in many ways with her macro and general images both serious and humourous. She leads, we follow. Like all leaders it doesn't always go to plan. A Great Leader admits errors and seeks advice in order to move forward. Though more than willing to take advice, Emma also has the courage to stick to her guns when she feels it is right to do so. Another trait of a good leader. Emma is a Great Leader and I am more than happy to follow and learn, and as a result move forward with her in my own development.
