Our initial focus was defined benefit plans; however, based on growth of participant contribution plans, we divested the defined benefit business in 2001 and ESOP business in 2002, shifting those resources to our defined contribution, flexible benefit, and payroll divisions. We have expanded our expertise to serve both qualified and non-qualified employee benefit plans.
