CPGworks (Construction Personnel Group, Inc) is an employment agency for the construction and service trades.

We match professional tradespeople with construction and service companies.

We believe that many people are not in the right job, and many employers are not entirely happy with who they have as employees. We exist to help people find a job that they love and simultaneously help employers find employees that are a better fit. We get both parties to be completely honest about what they need and what they want, and thereby make better matches. Once we make that match, we offer that relationship in a way that best suits our client – temp-to-perm, permanent, or temporary.

We understand that construction people are “rugged individualists” and that both our client companies and our client applicants might eventually find each other on their own. We humbly offer ourselves as a middleman. We understand what is at stake (for both parties). We take our jobs seriously. And we genuinely want to help.
