I am a farmer’s grandson. My roots are planted in the soil of farms in Nebraska and Kansas. Yet, I grew up 10 hours away in Illinois, visiting only for holidays or reunions. Nothing more than a couple days. Still this place and its people have shaped me more than most. The biggest influence has been my grandpa. These photos document my summer living with him on his farm in southcentral Nebraska.
