Dense quilting - like a lot.

Styles: Modern and clean looking fabrics, but not very busy and broken designs.

Newsprint type of lettering fabrics especially, but other text prints as well. And tape measure prints. Love love love!

Shapes: any shape.

I seem to be attracted to simpler but clever quilt designs...

* I don't use or don't really like *

Peach, coral and salmon colours in any shade.

Traditional basics such as marbled, mottled, speckled and Jinny Beyer palette tonal fabrics, Nancy Halvorsen and similar ditsy fabrics.

Drab muddy colours like beige, brown, mauve, maroon and army tones.

Yellow, bright electric blue, purple and lilac (but aubergine and plum yes please).

Old fashioned ordinary floral prints, butterflies and critters. Bees and birds. Really, no birds please.

Not too keen on pastels either (pinks lilacs peach etc)

Character and children’s prints unless Heather Ross type or retro sewing world or label kind of look which I like!

Most novelty fabrics, sports, holiday, flags, wild animals, religious and camping style fabrics unless it is a Halloween project!

Batiks and fossil fern (sorry, really don't like these at all, not even in a tiny quantity).

Black - although black is my favorite colour in clothing, I am not keen on too much solid black in quilts, pillows etc.

If you are here stalking for a swap, there is one more thing worth mentioning; I have horded Kaffe Fassett fabrics for the past 10 years in lack of anything else modern on the market, so I have cupboards full of them - it's not that I dislike them, but I have just grown a little bored with the style and as said, I already have all of it, so please don't make Fassett for me - thanks.

Ooh, I hope that wasn't a too long list (smile) - I have written it only with good intentions for this information to be helpful for swap partners. And take a look in my favorites - I love everything in there and I have left comments on many of them as well.
