COSTAATT, established by Act No. 77 of 2000, is the largest national public tertiary level education institution in Trinidad and Tobago with almost 12,000 students.

COSTAATT is patterned on a North American model which emphasizes rigorous academic quality standards and holistic development, as key ingredients in promoting student success.

The College awards certificates, advanced diplomas, associate and bachelor’s degrees in a wide range of specialised programmes to full and part-time students at eight (8) locations via five (5) academic schools:
