I only went digital in 2007--or, rather, I "re-went" digital. So many of the photos you see here are film shots.

The digital, in any case, is an Olympus E-410, an SLR. You ask about all the technical details, and I'll have almost nothing to tell you except that it's a 10 megapixels thing, and has two lenses, one a long telephoto lens.

The camera I nearly always used before (and still use occasionally) was a Canon Rebel Ti SLR (35mm). I purchased the above after my former main camera, a Sony digital with 3.2 megapixel power (or whatever you call it) went out. It did so when I was trying to take a photo of the marquee of the Asheville NC performing arts center. The sign advertised dates for an Arts and Crafts Festival, a Woodworking Convention and Pearl Jam. Oh, I was ticked, let me tell you.

Secondary: Cameraphone. The one used until August 2008 was low-res as all get out, but its limitations make for some cool photos now and then. A newer one has a whopping 1.2 megapixel capability! 1.2!

Brand New Secondary (as of May 2008): Holga.
