ONE COMMENT I'D LIKE TO MAKE IS THAT I GET FRUSTATED WHEN PEOPLE DON'T TITLE THEIR IMAGES! PLEASE TITLE!!

I'm known as Carol and not Carolin. Shortened when I started work some ** years ago!

I'm born and bred in Penryn Cornwall and wouldn't live anywhere else. My husband the same. We've got two gorgeous grandchildren who we love very much. They are great characters and we have a lot of fun with them. For Christmas 2011 we bought them small Vivitar cameras which cost less than the toy cameras! They've already had their first lessons. I think Charlotte will pick it up quicker than Sam though!

Often described by one of our Camera Club (Penryn Cornwall) members as 'Click Happy Carol' I love taking pictures! I also love Jiggery Pokery and love 'enhancing' (!) my pictures. Mostly by changing them completely. I use Adobe Elements 7 on my computer. I'm even changing some of my pictures to black and white which I never thought I'd do! And, even putting them into competitions at Club! I'm also taking a lot more macro pictures and love flowers where I can get really close!

When we changed from normal film cameras we started off with a small Fuji then John bought a Sony to used his Minolta lenses. I used to use a Panasonic Lumix DS-FZ28 and loved the macro facility on it. I've got a Fuji Film HS10 and am completely in love with it!!! It's brilliant. I'm very pleased with it all round. Well I was till it started to grow mould!! I've now upgraded to a Fuji HS50EXR. As one of the camera club members said 'it sounds more like a motorbike'!! Thankfully it doesn't!! Not had much chance to use it as yet! 29012014! But I'm sure it will be put to good use soon!!
