I have been taking pictures for as long as I can remember, but have just recently made the huge leap into starting a side business as a portrait photographer.

 

I am still a Cool Librarian, but my life is changing focus and I am now also The Cool Photographer.

Cool Librarian is such a cool librarian! "I'm having trouble finding a book," I said to her. "Which one?" she replied, gazing over the top of her tortoise-shell reading glasses. I told her the title. She looked it up. "Well, we don't have that book, but seven member libraries in the library consortium to which we belong do have it. Shall I request it be sent here on loan?" Now, how cool is that?
