I'm pretty much a self-taught artist, photographer and poet, and have had a life long love affair with the ocean/beach. I have an inate love of anything visually beautiful. I used to draw all the time when I was younger, but then I got busy with a career in IT and put it aside for far too long. Now that I've retired I plan to devote alot more of my time to pursuing my artistic endeavors.
I should make a note to everyone who's interested in trading art with me that I do not trade photocopies of my original works cut and pasted to an atc card (unless they are digital artworks, which take hours to do) - and I do not want to trade for photocopies either (unless it is a digital artwork). However, if you see a card that's already been traded but still want one of your own, I will remake the card with some variations if I still have the same materials available. It will be similar, but it will still be an original. I just felt I should let you all know that. There's no way to put my wishes into the header of each page, so I am limited to posting them here.

Cookala's work never ceases to delight and amaze! She has a great command of color, and we share a love of birds! From digital work to "old fashioned" collage work, everything she does is beautiful. I am very glad to have made her acquaintance here!
My cookala friend is creative, original and fun to trade with! Her art is unique and one of a kind. We have traded for awhile now and I am never disappointed! Thanks Eileen!
Hi Coolala! Just got your beautiful ATC (Daisy goes to Market) and love it! Thanks so much for the trade! Looking forward to more swaps with you!

I have been viewing and drooling over Eileens trading cards for a few months now, they are always interesting, gorgeously coloured and the compilations are great. Definately a favourite *artist* of mine! Lorri (Australia)
