I started working in polymer clay almost by accident.

My daughter had some in her room along with other craft items.While we were cleaning her room I could not believe that the Scupley clay was still soft and pliable! So of course we HAD to start playing with it!

Iit all started with a little bird

Wort the Worry Bird.

I made Wort the first time for a friend who was going through a really rough time.

I told her Wort would help Her with all her woes.

Well everyone who saw Wort had to have one as well.

Then Wort was joined by his cousin Lucky ducky

Lucky was made with the soul purpose to raise funds for the MS society we have a team called

The Zippity DoDas .

I made and sold $300.00 worth of lucky duckies and at $2 bucks each that is a lot of ducks!

All the money from the ducks went to the MS walk team goal of $2378.00.

Then of course naturally the duck was followed by her cousin "Lil' Raven Lunatic"

A natural progression as far as I was concerned.

Now I have kept very busy trying new techniques and I have made jewelry, picture frames as well as custom doggies ornaments.

I feel "Compelled" to work with polymer clay and I'm always thinking of new designs.

What started as a room cleaning chore has become a past time I now adore !
