Kev is one of the most versatile photographers I've followed. From the gorgeous captures of nature to the city lights and skylines, there is one consistency, beauty. He wisely chooses which methods to use while processing and the images are always lovely and often familiar, in a creative way with a unique perspective. I know this for a fact! Kevin's photographs are simply amazing; the way he captures such raw emotions in his landscapes.. the nostalgia he manages to put in them. Damn! Oh and his comments! Hell, they are sooo heart-felt, they make me blush :P He never misses out on any One photo either! And and and.. Kevin, omg.. you my friend, are so damn friendly!! Guys, if you be-friend him once, he'll be your pal for life! Who knew a Japanese could be so nice?! And his jokes! Rather than write my own words, I find it better to quote directly from Kev...as follows from one of his photos: "Is this what it would look like if we could freeze our chosen moments in time? Would the sky suspend in a milky, striated blur? Would the air cease to move the leaves of a tree, or caress the strands of your hair? Would the earth really arrest itself from its momentum-driven spin? And if any of this were at all possible, would you yourself be restricted to see only what’s in front of you? Or would you be able to step outside of your being, and play witness to the magic held in place by the power of your whim. I myself have had asked the silence of night for such a power. Naturally, due to my own greed, one wish for one moment would not suffice. I would require, at minimum, as many as the digits on my hands, maybe even my toes…this at risk of asking too much, for what would already be a miracle. Until we find a genie that will grant us our three wishes, or until we have thrown the proverbial penny, into the right wishing well after investing in so many wrong ones, we will always have photography. Could this be part of the reason why we embrace it with so much passion? After all, photography is the closest thing we have to acquiring the ability of freezing time, and the emotions contained therein." Those words capture why those on Flickr are as passionate as they are. Flickr should immortalize his words, and a few of his pics to boot ;-) It's a real joy to enjoy his pictures *and* his commentary...I urge many more to do so too.

I am so, so glad that I crossed paths with Kevin on Flickr! It is always a delight to see his photos come up on my homepage. He captures moments so beautifully and with a certain flare (pun intended;) that is unlike anyone else. You can be sure to expect stunning sunsets and awe-inspiring cityscapes from him! He is also a genuine and kind person and I thoroughly enjoy reading his descriptions and amusing comments! He is by far one of the most hilarious individuals I've "met" and has made me literally laugh out loud on multiple occasions ^_^ I am very grateful to call him a wonderful Flickr friend and will always be looking forward to future uploads! o0o0o0o0o, Pauline :)

Kevin!!!!!!! AH! I don't even know where to start with you! alright..... here we go. Well, I've only been Flickr contacts with Kevin for hmm two months? And I must say, these two months have been fantastic. I am so happy that Kevin is one of my best Flickr buddies! :) He is such an awesome and funny person, his comments always put a smile on my face, and his descriptions..... his descriptions/tags are hilarious. I swear Kevin, you could be a stand up comedian if you wanted to! :D Now, onto his photography.... wow. He captures some of the best city shots on Flickr that I've seen. The lighting in these photographs are phenomenal... from the sun flares to each individual building light. But Kevin's photography doesn't stop here, he has beautiful landscape and nature photos as well. It's really something to be seen rather than explained through words.... his landscape set says it all!! So beautiful!
