My name is Mark Siebels and I'm an amateur photographer. I live with my wonderful wife and 3 darling daughters that keep me extremely busy. It wasn't until digital camera's that I really thought of myself as a photographer. I think it has to do with how easy it is. My father was a wonderful photographer and took thousands of photos and made my siblings and me sit through slide shows upon slide shows, but I was never disciplined enough to really take advantage of good film cameras. Now with digital, I can take multiple shots of everything, delete what I don't want and edit the ones I keep, easy. Photography makes me see the world differently, always looking for the beauty in everything.
