I must admit that I am slow to write testimonials for the many contacts and friends whose work I so admire. And then the mood strikes me. I feel privileged to be able to enjoy Colleen's beautiful work; her soft editing, the soft textures and pastels, and the sunny, touching and tender moments she conveys. The way she lovingly captures her family and friends always seems to inspire my own photographic interactions with my two boys. And I so really love the way she processes her work! I never come away from a visit to her stream without feeling better and my spirits lifted!

I've had the privilege of knowing Colleen for about 6 years now! I can remember when she started taking pictures & I cannot believe just how much her skills in photography has grown over the years! She has very graciously helped me get into photography more by some very kind & generous 'gifts' to me! The experience I had with her as my photographer was so awesome...her kindness, love of photography, gentle, calming & very respectful personality made my photo session so much easier! After getting out of a 14yr abusive relationship I was very 'smile shy' & yet she managed to capture my smile after so many years of hiding it from everyone!! She gave so much positive input & confidence throughout the whole session that made me feel like someone who had been in front of the lens all my life! She was also very open to any suggestions/ideas I had for any type of photo I would want to have taken! She didn't take over as 'the professional who knows all' & dictate each & every pose! I will definitely be going back for more! She presents herself very professionally (even with a friend), respectful & strives to get the absolute best shots she can! Her studio is everywhere & anywhere she goes...THERE ARE NO WALLS OF ANY BUILDING THAT CAN KEEP HER PHOTOS 'INSIDE'...SHE HAS NO BOUNDARIES ON WHERE SHE CAN TAKE GREAT PHOTOS!! Thank you so much Colleen for such a wonderful shoot... You made me feel so at ease & confident in the photos you took & I was able to show my smile (after warming up a little)!
