I live in Cheshire, UK and spend a lot of time in the Lake District, Cumbria, where most of my photography is based. I've made video games for over 25 years but these days I'm never happier than when I'm being creative using my camera. I particularly enjoy spending time getting to know locations well, rather than employ a scattergun approach, most recently that has meant spending time at Thirlmere and Holme Fell.

I released my first photography book "Healing" with foreword by Joe Cornish in May 2017.
