All of the photos on my Flickr page are owned and copyrighted by me -- they're my "intellectual property" that I chose to share on my own Flickr page, and are not to be posted on other sources without my express permission. I will take strong action to protect and defend my property and punish thieves.
Don't expect to find many 'artsy' photos here -- while I've got an eye for art, it's not usually my photographic objective, plus my camera technique is immature -- it's in the 'Green Zone' (automatic settings) mode most of the time, and these days, most of my photos are made with my iPhone.
You'll mostly find an overabundance of photos related to my radio communications & Cold War era military history interests here, though that's slowly changing as I run out of such sites in my area to see. Due to keeping busy fostering dogs with major health or behavioral issues, I don't travel as much as I used to.
Spring of 2020, I've FINALLY started to scan many 35mm prints taken in the 1980s & 1990s! I'm scanning them at a high resolution, but unfortunately, with the prints being 20+ years old, some close to 35 years old, some detail in the prints has faded. Keep in-mind when you're looking at some of my photo Albums that in more & more cases, the photos are practically ancient. On the other hand, many of the facilities I took photos of all those years ago are completely or at least partially gone...
HAVING A FLICKR 'PRO' ACCOUNT IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! My goal is to share my rare (dare I say, in some cases, somewhat historic?) images pro-bono, not try to monetize them, however when my current Flickr Pro membership expires in a year or two, it is likely I will not pay to renew it. I am starting to look for another host for my photos, or method to share them with interested parties. I reluctantly am asking for donations to keep this Flickr page running, but will not be obnoxious about it..
Comments/suggestions are welcome, especially if you're familiar with & have 'war stories' regarding the sites I've photographed.
