I'm in the process of expanding my horizons in photography to see what is out there and to find my calling. I started life as a b&w photographer as a child, developing my film in our closet darkroom and those 256 shades of gray still have a special place in my heart.
I enjoy taking pictures of still life, black and white images, candid pictures, and anything that tells a story to the viewer. Leave me some comments and let me know how I'm doing. If you can give out advice I'd appreciate it. Something other than, "Great shot dude" or "that sux ass". Try to be a bit more specific if you can.
I am still grabbing shots of various different subjects trying to find my niche in this world. I enjoy working with models and drawing out their natural beauty but I also like finding natural beauty in rusting cars littering a field.

I love to browse all the beautiful images of old forgotten buildings, autos, and other things that were once was someones favorite possession but are now just a step above being taken back over by nature. I've found a lot of groups on here of people just like myself that also love images of those forgotten items. Living where we do in the sticks, there are a lot of potential shots just ready to leap onto my camera.
I'm also venturing into doing glamor and portrait photography but not so much for a living but rather I find people can be a challenging subject matter. And a shoebox full of photos of loved ones is often more magical than anything else we can imagine.
I also love taking candid shots of people that tell a story to the viewer.
I got my new Canon XT in and I'm learning more each time I pick it up. I still scratch my head a lot and get dizzy looking at all of the buttons but for now while I'm learning I'll just leave it on one of the many automatic settings.
Thanks for taking the time to read this far. If you get curious and want to learn more (unless you're the stalking type) jump over to my MySpace page or visit my family site at www.coffeeinduced.com/family/. I know it's a bit old but I've been so busy playing with my new camera and being "Dad" that I have not taken the time to update it.
Thanks for dropping by and keep checking back for more images.
