Hello, I'm Andrew

Teacher by day, rail photographer by summer. Born and raised in the Bay area with a focus on West Coast railroading. When I was ten, my grandpa took me to the Tehachapi Loop for the first time and handed me a point and shoot film camera. I have been shooting ever since that first trip in 2001 and really began dedicating part of my life to shooting trains during the 2020 pandemic. Now living in Seattle, WA - You can find me trackside local, or roaming the western United States during school breaks.
