Started sewing at the age of 10... thanks to 4H and to a mom and great grandma who also sewed. I have made all kinds of things; from clothing, formals to casual to home decor, decorative pillows, slip covers, curtains... for myself and others. But what I really haven't done as much as I'd like to is make quilts... having replaced my trusty Kenmore with a Jenome about 3 years ago I'm set. Always wanted to free motion... enjoying the machine and finally a sewing room, no more kitchen table... Each sewing project for me seems to bring new steps and skills learned.
