Hi. I assume you are here because you would like to know a little about me, so I am happy to oblige:

As a photographer:

I like to shoot abstracts, still life, landscapes, and animal portraits (mainly my cat). I am not so interested in taking photojournalistic pictures (but some of my contacts below are excellent in that field). I want my photostream to be fairly eclectic to help keep it lively.

As a Flickr user:

Since I use the free Flickr account I try to be selective with what I upload so new photos from me are probably not daily.

I feel it is important to support and encourage artistry and creative expression when possible yet I don't expect comments on my photos all the time; I hope they are varied and eclectic enough to suit a variety of tastes, but I do hope for at least some engagement.

With that said, no "deadbeat" contacts please; a one-way relationship is too taxing. I try to be selective with my contacts so that I don't end up with deadbeats or so that I don't end up being a deadbeat on someone else's contact list.

Also, while you are here please take a look at some of my contacts. These folks are great photographers and artists!
