I originally joined flickr to share photos and information from my first hobby, genealogy, but as of late, I've come to join the ranks of many fabulous mosaic artists! I never knew I had it in me, but a good friend, color-me-collette showed me the light. I can't wait for you all to inspire me.

More about my interest in Genealogy:

Ever since I was a little girl, I have been fascinated by all things old. I've never been that interested in antiques, but moreso in very old houses, old kitchen utensils, old photos, old ways of life - in particular, life as it was between 1800 and 1900 in the United States.

One day, I just up and decided to start researching the genealogy of my family. For the past nearly 10 years,

I've been avid family historian and collector of photos of dead relatives!

All photos in my Fllickr Collection are of folks that I am related to. I hope that you will find enjoyment from browsing through my collection, but even more, I hope I can find more family to collaborate with.

Feel free to use my photos as you wish. All I can ask is that if you post them somewhere online, please at LEAST reference back to me or this site.

I have gotten so much pleasure from connecting with "cousins" and discovering the faces of my ancestors via photosharing, that I hope I can pay forward my good fortune.
