“Your first 10,000 photographs are your worst.” – Henri Cartier-Bresson

I work in IT support and have a passion for photography – preferably analog with old cameras. I’m fascinated by the combination of hands-on technique and creative possibilities, whether through classic processes or new experiments.

The special appeal of analog photography, for me, lies in the intentional approach: Which camera, which film, and which development process do I want to use to produce a specific subject? These decisions shape the image in my mind long before I press the shutter.

I love atmospheric compositions, the interplay of light and shadow, and a timeless visual language. In my darkroom, I develop my films and enlarge the photos myself on baryta paper – a part of the process I particularly value.

I’m always happy to receive feedback – feel free to let me know what you think!
