I'm Diane, happily living in Oakland, California with my cat Jasmine, just half a block away from my partner/beau and his cat. [update: sadly, Bob, my partner of nearly 11 years, suffered a brainstem stroke and died in 2016; I miss him enormously at times, but my own life now moves enthusiastically on] After two careers - 18 years in a corporate setting in New York, and 20 years making handcrafted artisan tiles in Berkeley, CA - I've retired to do whatever I please.
