Vicky Laforge Photography, has accomplished many great photographic experiences. She has photographed Dr. Jane Goodall, leading to numerous magazine features, recorded National experiences for National Indigenous Organizations, the various Federal Government Agencies within Ottawa and provided professional wedding photography for top Ottawa wedding photography company, Mitch Lenet.

 

Vicky has accomplished installations incorporating her advocacy passion, through work with Indigenous Youth in Saskatoon featuring work in the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls. With work featured as a billboard at the Saskatoon Museum, 12 week exhibition and work featured in various articles and sponsored through Royal Bank of Canada, Jane Goodall Canada and various local businesses in Saskatoon.

 

The Ontario Arts Council and Ontario Government has recently sponsored Vicky to do a new installation called, "Faces of our Nations". Vicky will travel throughout Ontario capturing stories of First Nations people in Ontario, focussing on reaching the other side of trauma and creating and living something positive in Life. The feature of this project is based on the work of Humans of New York. Vicky hopes to create an exhibit of the work, showcasing stories of people who have created positive experiences in their lives, after overcoming trauma or tragedy.

 

Vicky currently provides wedding photography, portraits and family event photography. One great passion is capturing fun with pets, recording the cyce of farm life and featuring photography on animals.
