from ann arbor area michigan. worked various jobes over the years, from handicapped adults, and cerebal palsy patients, to pottery ,sculpture and jewelry design to automotive clay sculpting where i traveled the world working contract. australia 1yr,sweden 1 year,germany 2 years,and france and china for 6 months each . after work i attended many cultural activities including music and dance festivals. performed at many as well creating small ensambles where ever i went. living in thailand now nearly 10 yrs and researching my favorite instrument ,the KHAEN, which is the national instrument of Lao. i record and perform with dozens of bands in thailand,including my own. studied india tabla drums in michigan and in california. made clay udu drums in usa yrs ago and now again in thailand where i have a small studio. also working on some garden art sculptures and fountains. latest project are some tongue drums . also im designing a childrens interactive music instrument playground. mostly modified idiophones . mmmmm well i hope you enjoy my photos.
