Travelista with open eyes for inspiring destinations, art and culture, and discoveries worth to remember. I want to show the world as it is - and with short stays, it‘s not always possible to capture the perfect light or setting. A bit of post-processing to enhance the visual quality of the photo is therefore often part of the game, but I want to keep it authentic. Therefore usually no filters or other effects that alienate the photo completely - unless I want to play, but then it‘s indicated.

Besides this, I started to digitize and upload old 35 mm slides and negatives, 20-40 years old, captured with my first SLR Nikon, as well as historical family photos. The quality that you can get with today’s scan technology is amazing - and for the rest, careful post-processing usually does the job.
