Hello! My name is Claudia and I'm an 18 year old art student currently in applying to various art schools. My favorite media are a mixture of watercolour, gouache and charcoal or oil paints. As well as art I also study History and English Literature, and previously took Biology before year thirteen. If I hadn't chosen to pursue art I would have applied to study either medecine or anthropology as I find both of these subjects fascinating and often try to include an awareness of them in my own work as I strongly believe that art is integral to cultural literacy and a comprehensive understanding of the world around us whether through creative problem solving or providing a fresh perspective.

Away from school I attend life drawing sessions and am currently involved in a collective project with my fellow art student to create an EP cover for the band Toodar. I love spending time with my younger sisters and introducing the youngest to new books and ideas for her latest projects.
