Not sure how to even begin to put into words a testimonial befitting of Sarah's immense talent, without taking up most of this page. Suffice to say that I have exceptional admiration for her as an artist and a photographer and a model, and also for having the balls and imagination to delve into a 365 shot sequence that brightens up each day. I also highly value her friendship and very much appreciate the fact that she takes time to look at and comment on all the shots that I and her other friends post. This is my very first testimonial but I can think of no-one more worthy than Sarah. Her body of work is refreshing ... it doesn't matter how you feel, you will always leave her photo stream feeling better. Her photographs make you smile, laugh and sometimes leave you sitting there wide open as she reveals more of herself than you become used to. Sarah, don't stop producing these fine images and I am so glad you have begun the 365 day project. I hope one day my self portraits will come close to the quality of yours. But for now I will keep observing your work and learning from each and every image you post to Flickr.

Image after image, Sarah's superbly conceptualized self portraits never fails to awe and impress me. displaying well-thought out ideas just bursting with creativity, how does she do that!? i was blown away looking at her vampire series and am still picking up the pieces. If you thought capturing people at their most natural moments a trying process, what about being in front of the lens yourself and creating self portraits that shed some insight into the photographer's world? Here, she does an excellent job in projecting and weaving art and photography into a seamless, single entity. Always open to new things, experimenting with new ideas, she's always generous with her comments and encourages me, and that i'm thankful for having her as my friend. And yes, the maestro of self-portraits does deserve the very apt nickname, "classic perfection". Like every one of her images. :)
