Retired conference interpreter. I enjoy books, art, travel etc and travel a lot in India, especially in rural and in tribal areas. I am also interested in political matters and concerned about the future of beings.

I learnt French earlier than I learnt English, but not much earlier.

I have uploaded photos so far on another site and continue. One thing at a time.. so I discover some great photographers here and save photos as favorites, but will upload in a few months' time. ( Except that I appear to have lost the majority of my photos this evening through a connection coming off).
