I have always been interested in Photography but it wasn't until i joined my works photography club that things started getting a bit more serious, ie, serious money spent on kit. This is how I moved on from buying shoes to buying Canon stuff.

I travel a lot and don't have as much time as I would wish for to spend on photography. So I tend to shoot the things that are easy for me: foreign places seen whilst traveling for work or vacationing.

I have a passion for cats, and there are quite a lot of pictures of all things cat related. I also love wildlife and safaris so that is a common theme here.

I use flickr to improve my skills, and it has helped me quite a lot, but it is also an important means of keeping in touch with my friends so that they can keep up with me, that is, a lot of pictures wont be of any interest to anyone but to my friends and family.
