So, I am still working on my 365, although it won't be a perfect set :( I missed a few days. It is just too much work to post every single day. I'm just going to post pics that I really like and feel are worth the time and that I think people will like.
We are looking into a new camera! A Nikon D60, so if anyone has any info, good or bad on them please let me know. I don't want to be screwed over like we did with our G7s, both of them, one quit working, so we bought a second one on ebay because we have the underwater case for it and then it stopped working, right in the middle of our vacation in the Caribbean :( Now Canon is just screwing us around, I'm so mad!!!
So I was introduced to Flickr by a friend of mine, and she totally got me hooked. I lingered around for a while looking at all the very cool pictures and at the 365 project idea and I decided to give it a try.
I would love to get lots of feedback on how my pictures turn out and what I can do to make them better. Add me as a contact, comment and make notes on my pictures, the more the better. Because I am just starting out, I need all the help I can get. I would love everyones input. Thanks.
The more time I spend on Flickr, the more my brain starts racing...I have so many ideas and things to try. For the remainder of my 365 set I am going to try to be a little bit more creative as time passes and to try as many new techniques as possible. I guess thats what learning is all about eh??
My goal is to become a better photographer and to boost my self confidence in the process.
I'm really getting hooked on this photography thing. I find that I am taking my camera everywhere. I'm always excited to bring those pictures home and to see what I can and have created.
There are several things I LOVE:
My Husband, of course, he has been supporting me through this crazy journy of self-portraits, even if he thinks I might be slightly crazy myself sometimes.
Photography. Plain and simple, I love everything about it.
Travelling! My list probably includes 99.9% of the world's countries and cities. If money and time were not an issue I would be off to: Egypt, Peru, China, Greece, Holland, Brazil, Costa Rica, Kenya, South Africa, India, Thailand, Mozambique, Italy, Ukraine, Nepal, All the Islands of the Caribbean and the list goes on and on.
