CityTree hosts a variety of ecological based programs including composting workshops, nutrition education classes, community garden outreach, and a serious water saving initiative. The Tree is open to all interested in learning more about eco-friendly choices and life practices. In a sense, CityTree is really teaching "Tikkun Olam", to repair the world, through recycling, composting, education, and grassroots community initiatives.

עץבעיר הינה קהילה ממשית המפתחת, מיישמת ומפיצה דרכים לחיים אקולוגיים בעיר. אנחנו עושים זאת באמצעות אתר האינטרנט, דירת דגם אקולוגית, בהרצאות, סדנאות, קורסים, מפגשים ומסיבות.
