Staff Council recognizes and supports the vital contributions of staff to CSU Channel Islands, including their role in campus operations, the University mission, and campus culture. We are committed to empowering staff, providing opportunities to support personal and professional growth, and ensuring that their voices are represented in all decision-making spaces on campus. Acting as a bridge between staff and campus leadership, we provide direct staff participation in shared governance, working in partnership with Academic Senate and Student Government to advance our University goals.
