Crimson Cisa is a Soviet-Union born artist. Most of his work can be found in The Hague, Holland and its surroundings. However, he’s no stranger to international cities such as Berlin, New York or Willemstad. Crimson Cisa is something of a world traveler. But it all started for him in his room in the parental home.

In his early teens, Crimson Cisa started with tagging. No matter how fun and exciting this was, he soon felt that it was not something he could fully put his creativity in. This is when he made himself acquainted with creating characters. Years later, his well-known character, the little red and yellow boy with his striking goggles, became what it is today.

Inspired by super heroes, comics and cartoons, Crimson Cisa was motivated to share his creations with the rest of the world. After discovering stickers as a medium, he realized that he could use them to work much faster and on a considerably greater scale. In the meantime he expended his working field by releasing three series of t-shirts and buttons.

Call it a hobby gone wrong or an obsession, by flooding the streets with his stickers, Crimson Cisa found a way to appeal to a diverse audience. Either young or old, everybody sees something in his work they can relate to.

After creating the Crimson Cisa character, Ms Cisanda was introduced. And even though she hasn’t been used a lot yet, there are great plans for her and all the other characters that dwell in Crimson Cisa his mind. We’re not safe from his creations. Not by a long shot.
