Cinque McKetty is a New York native, born and raised in Brooklyn NY.

After settling in Miami for eight years where he enjoyed operating a successful luxury concierge, Cinque and his wife traveled up north with their son to be closer to family.

While still operating his business in Miami from New Jersey, Cinque and his wife purchased their first multifamily investment property.

EDUCATION: University of Delaware (1998 - 2000)

After redesigning and renovating their investment property, adding an additional bedroom and bathroom and over 1000 sq ft of outdoor entertainment space Cinque decided to combine his talents offering his expertise to future property owners.
