On my site at Flickr you will find street photography, landscapes, people, architecture. I enjoy the interaction of light and shadows, of shapes and lines, building a visual concept of the image. I agree with Bruce Barnbaum, who writes in his great book "The Art of Photography": "Most photographers start out with an overriding concern with subject matter. As times goes on and they become more sophisticated, their emphasis turns more towards studies of light and form and the wonderful relationships that exist among the elements of the scene - even in the context of a particular type of subject matter that intrigues them."

As many of us here at Flickr, I am on a learning journey, experimenting with different techniques and approaches, refining my way to see relationships between objects in the real world and visualize those in my photographs.
