Chris Ibbotson is known as one of Northern Ireland's newest and up and coming Landscape Photographers. Born in Germany but lived most of his life in Northern Ireland, his proximity to the North Antrim Coast shaped his passion for the great outdoors and fostered his interest in Landscape Photography. His photographs hope to capture inspiring moments of the environment, which are the result of meticulous planning and preparation.

He has been a keen photographer for the past 10 yrs but after purchasing his first DSLR in 2012 things really took off and encouraged him to improve his art. He has recently won two photography awards by Discover Northern Ireland and has photographed stage performances ranging from plays to pantomimes and also recently helped promote Oscar Nominated and BAFTA Award winning film and television composer George Fenton's visit to Northern Ireland.

His work has also been featured in a 3 page Portfolio in the UK's leading magazine 'Digital SLR Photography Magazine, September 2014'[
