I'm fairly new to photography really, but I am enjoying it a lot. Currently using a Canon Powershot A710 IS, not the flashiest camera on the market but more than good enough for my current needs.

I'm slowly learning how to take photographs and use the abilities of my camera.

Most of all I take photos of things that interest me, at the end of the day my photos are for me. That said I always appreciate comments and feedback on my shots.
