Ancien marin ayant effectué 2 tours du monde sur le porte-hélicoptères "Jeanne d'Arc" (Marine Nationale) je suis retraité. Graphiste aquarelliste et carnettiste autodidacte je participe à des salons internationaux . J'organise et anime chaque année les journées internationales d'été du croquis aquarellé en Lot et Garonne "Balades et bonne mine " . Des artistes étrangers participent aussi à ces rencontres gratuites !

J'évolue dans le semi figuratif, la suggestion étant prédominante face à la réalité plutot laissé de côté! Etant un ancien marin j'ai gardé une certaine complicité avec l'eau en lui laissant la part belle dans mes créations ....

Rien ne me fait plus plaisir que de peindre et de dessiner.

Ma forte passion de l'aquarelle alliée au goût de la découverte de la nature et du patrimoine, m'ont entrainé vers l'univers des carnets de voyage ( 2 achevés dont un édité) Actuellement en cours mon 3° carnet relatif à mes voyages autour du monde .....

Former Marine who made 2 trips around the world on the helicopter carrier "Jeanne d'Arc" (French Navy) I am retired. Self-taught watercolorist I participated in numerous exhibitions and fairs in the summer many competitions of "painters in the street" in my area of South west France.

The subjects I paint are recognizable because I speak rendered "paint" and not photography quality. The color is the dominant part expressive in my creations .... I evolve into semi figurative suggestion taking precedence over reality. As a former Marine I would like to keep the water with an accomplice, a major intervention in my watercolors!

Nothing makes me happier than painting and drawing. If I could do it 24 hours a day, I would! My strong passion for watercolor combined with the taste of discovering nature and heritage, led me to the world of travel books (2 including a completed published) Currently being my 3rd book on my travels around the world .....
