Just a poor guy from Stockholm, Sweden that would like to share some of his pictures, must of them are landscape.

I am a slow photographer - I take the time to take my frame. Thats why I probleby would be a terrible portrait photographer - the modell are likely a sleep when I am ready. But I do not have any problem with the nature - its have a lot patience.

I have rich the age of 66 - 66 years young I feel.

My area are first of all landscape, intimate and wide views and also would love to share my hometown Stockholm to you.

I was 14 years when I bought my first camera - an Agfa did must shoot black&white and I had a darkroom in the basement. It was exiting to work in the darkroom - watch how the picture slowly growled.

When I moved into new flat with my own family I had to give up the darkroom, instead I shoot most diafilm.

The Agfa camera was after a few years to simple for me - so my first system camera was a Practical - so exited to be able to change lenses. Bought a 135mm lens to the Practica. Then I rushed into the Canon world. First step was Ftb serie. Then I move my self up to the pro F1 serie. For a couple of years I lost my passion for photogrophy - but then arrive the digital era. I realize that wiht my computer and Photoshop I was back in the darkroom - not in the cold wett basemant at my parents. Now I could sit wiht a nice espresso and work with my photographs. I can work in colours and I can work in B&W - I was in heaven - I am in heaven!

For a short time I left Canon and bought a Minolta - but after a year Canon realesed the 20D and I was back on the Canon trace again and when the 5Dmark ii arived I was very quick wiht my money.

A few month later I was on workshop for landscape photography - and now I was completed lost in landscape.

Then I had a side race wiht Sony - was a little disapointed with Canon and when I could use my Canon lenses on the Sony I got my money on a new Sony. I kept it for nearly a year, it was not my camera. We where never close lovers not even close freinds. I do not now what was wrong but I could not find out how to handle it - and I also had some bad luck with the adapter for my Canon lenses.

So when Canon realesed the 5DS R - once again I was on the Canon track. Thougt I had find my place in the Canon world. The 5DS R is a exelent camera - you can do so much things with it and it takes amazing photographs. I thought I was in my right place - had the Mark ll as my backup camera when I was out and travelling. Thought that now I have find my gear.

Even since I was teanager I had a dream that to own or just to shoot with medium format camera - like the Swedish Hasselblad. I realised that I newer should had that kind of money.

On a workshop in Andalusien in Spain one of my friends had the Fujifilm 50S - and I realised that it could be something for me. A median format camera not for 100 000 € but for a price I could live with. I did a lot thinking and read a lot about Fujifilm - and then they realesed GFX50r. My local photoshop had a deal - just leave a system camera that are working and get 500€ cashback plus the 1000€ that Fujifilm had as offer. I remember that I still had my Canon 20D nearly 10 years after I bougt it got 500€ for it. So now I hope that for my last time I have changed branch - I do love Fujifilm not only for the cameras but for the lenses. Even that Canon made exelent lenses (I stll have my tilt-shift lenses) they are not in the same leauge as Fujifilm.

I know that a lot of photographer complains on the slow autofocus but I am a slow photographer - I take my time to take a frame, at least when it is landscape. I am not in any hurry, i wait until the light comes or the perfect wave.
