Passionate about baking

We've been involved in baking and creating desserts for over 12 years and what was form the beginning a challenge, is now pleasure and self-fulfilment. We consider desserts to be individual pieces of art that are filled with delicious soul.

Our passion is fuelled by our constant thirst for new ideas, flavours and combinations, using both classic and exotic ingredients and finding that perfect balance.

The look of a dessert is what gets you drawn to it but it is equally, if not more important, that it tastes good because nothing is more disappointing than beautiful cake that does not excite your palate.

Once the inside is mouth-watering, then the outside only accentuates the beautiful taste that it will become to visually represent.

This is where we base our baking and cake-making. Our cakes and desserts are home-made, using real ingredients: flour, eggs, cream, sugar, chocolate, berries, vanilla pods.
