I have always liked taking photos of anything, everything. Travel, landscape,people and events are a particular interest. I never thought shooting was complicated until I got my first DSLR camera - the Canon 40D, just over a year ago. The technical aspect of photography was too overwhelming back then. In fact, too frustrating most times. I was put off shooting for a while. Overexposed, underexposed, blurry images - you name it! But something good came out of it. I realized that with a bit more technical knowledge, patience,hard work, and lots of practice, I can shoot anytime, anywhere and actually enjoy the images that I capture.

There is still a lot to learn. Tons of information to take in. Lots of gadgets to buy ;) It's all part of the challenge.

Flickr has truly been a learning playground. There is so much inspiration from everyone. I will continue to explore the unexplored. And dream the dream..
