I want to say,one of the most interesting photo streams I have ever viewed. On the other hand I don't want to say it that way so as to make it a competition with others. A better way for me personally is just to say, there is an incredible amount of talent,creativity,and wonderful imagery in this flickr photo stream. I am very impressed. Somewhere along the line I read someone saying that amateur photography is the most interesting photography in the world,I tend to agree. When it comes to an instinct for beauty in still imagery, there is no shortage here and there is nothing amateur either.

Kevin has one of the most natural eyes for photography I have ever seen. He has always shot amazing photographs but found an immediate mastery in his first SLR. In his shooting he sees grandeur in the smallest details, finds elegance in everyday objects and can capture a landscape with perfect grace. He has the ability to show little glimmers into himself through each image he creates. The color, dof and bokeh he is able to get in his photographs is more than inspiring. I am elated to see the art he captures every day and only hope some of his talent will rub off on me.

There is a compassion and intimacy he relates to his audience with the largely unnoticed, the unfortunately overlooked details of the world around us. I enjoy some aspect of every one of Kevin's photos, but his recent posts over the last 3 weeks are nothing short of inspired.
