Photography has been a passion of mine for a very long time but the passion has grown over the past few years. I absolutely love it, it’s so rewarding. When I’m shooting nothing else matters it’s just me and my camera….to me photography is a form of meditation. Since I’ve joined flickr I’ve made many contacts/friends that have helped me grow with my photography and for that thank you!
I purchased my first DSLR in 2008 with the money I made from my first photo sale, a milestone for me as an amateur photographer. Since then two of my photos have been published in a book about the beautiful province of New Brunswick where I reside with my family and also where most of my photos are taken.
Photography helps people to see.

Carole has been on my contacts list for a long time, but it's only recently that I've got to know her as a person instead of just as a photographer and found out what a kind and caring woman she is, I am so grateful that I can now see her, not just as a photographer, but as a real friend. Although she is relatively new to photography she takes fabulous pictures, her passion and enthusiasm for her art shows through and she seems to get better at it with every picture that she takes, we had all better look out once she gets the hang of her new DSLR.
