I'm currently a PhD student in an evolutionary behavioral ecology lab (Christine Riehl) at Princeton, planning to study the link between breeding life history, genomics, and urban ecology in birds. I did a lot of bird photography in high school, but I took a long break from birding and wildlife photography - I was busy with undergrad, life, and other stuff. I'm starting to get back into it in 2023 thanks to my spark being reignited with a field course during grad school. I still have the same lens I did eight years ago in 2016!
