I've been using a Nikon D80 lately. It isn't sexy like the higher-end models, but it's solid and fits nicely into the Nikon family. I shoot in the RAW/JPEG mode, which puts a lot of demand on the buffering capabilities. I don't shoot a lot of sports and action, so usually this doesn't bother me too much.
